Photo Specifications

  • 17” wide x 7.5” high
  • A professional photography session is included with your profile. However, you may choose to submit your own photo. In that case, it should meet these minimum requirements.
    • Keep in mind:
      • The dimensions provided above are the size of the photo frame. If you submit a photo that is much larger, it will be cropped to fit the frame.
      • Please provide the names of those pictured in the photo, as pictured from left to right. To make captions easy to follow on photos with large groups, it is best to have people lined up in clearly defined rows. Long photo captions will result in shorter body text.
      • For spread profiles, leave space in the middle of the photo to account for the gutter.
  • Main Copy
    • Up to 350 words
  • 2024-doctor-spread-callout-boxSidebar
    • Up to 40 words
    • For the topic, you can choose from eight options listed here.
      • Keep in mind:
        • For practices with multiple locations, the number of addresses you list will impact how much main copy you’re able to include in your profile. For that reason, we recommend listing three or fewer locations or instead directing readers to a website with all the addresses.
        •  Sidebars have limited space, so we can’t include bulleted lists in that section.
