THC & CBD

  • Cannot be false or misleading in any way
  • Cannot say it’s curative or has therapeutic effects unless the statement has been evaluated and approved by the FDA
  • Cannot contain content that appeals to children (such as bright colors, animals, fruits, caricature, cartoon renderings)
  • Marijuana leaves or paraphernalia cannot be the central focus of the ad
  • The ad should not run next to school or similar businesses

SWEEPSTAKES RULES

  • Prizes:
    • Cannot give away product
    • Cannot offer discounts or coupons
  • Winner must be 21+; must have an age gate
  • Winner must be in Missouri
  • Must have “21+ to enter” on marketing assets
