This weekend, our city once again serves up a heaping helping of culture and fun. Friday, of course, brings Cinco de Mayo, with all of its attendant festivities. On Saturday, enjoy the St. Louis Scottish Games—just try not to get goosebumps when you hear the bagpipes. St. Louis Microfest features craft beer samples in Forest Park for a good cause. Visit one of the region’s many comic book shops on Free Comic Book Day, when lots of the stores will be hosting parties and handing out special merch. Scenes of Shakespeare runs all weekend and features interpretation of the bard’s works. And QFest St. Louis kicks off, featuring the world’s best queer cinema. That’s not to mention Derby Day festivities, Chihuly in the Garden at the Missouri Botanical Garden, Chase Rice at The Factory, and more. Stay safe, and have a great weekend!
