A new year means new beginnings. As 2024 kicks off, it’s a fine time to broaden your horizons, set new goals, and take advantage of the abundance of the St. Louis food scene. Maybe refocus your commitment to local food and purveyors by joining a CSA, taking a class to learn to make a new cuisine, or giving an assist to some folks in need. And speaking of the year ahead, hear about restaurateur Ben Poremba's big plans for 2024 by checking out the latest episode of SLM’s dining podcast, Arch Eats, available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, or wherever podcasts are available. Bon appetit!
